Red Apple Lipstick: Lipstick Review

The lipsticks by Red Apple Lipstick offer moisturizing color that lasts, and a creamy texture that glides. These tempting lipsticks are handmade in a variety of vibrant shades that accommodate a variety of complexions.

One tube of lipstick costs $25 and is available in 36 different shades. They do not contain dirty ingredients, and they are paraben free, petroleum & mineral oil free and contain no chemical toxins, heavy metals, or lead.

Why Non-Toxic?

I discovered Red Apple Lipstick because my husband bought a tube for me as a gift. I’d given birth to my daughter not long ago, and we are very careful of the ingredients in the products we use.

Traditional cosmetics, including lipstick, are often made with toxic, unhealthy ingredients. This is a problem because these products sit on our skin for long periods of time allowing our skins to absorb the ingredients.

Chemicals and toxins and other harmful ingredients can have negative effects on the body. Some are carcinogens or endocrine disruptors which can interfere with hormones, fertility, cause birth defects, and other health issues.

My Experience with Red Apple Lipstick

I love the packaging of the lipstick. It comes in a classy, black tube. To be honest, everytime I purchase a new tube of Red Apple Lipstick, I get excited! Their lipsticks are high quality.

They provide a smooth, creamy, moisturizing feel that doesn’t dry out my lips. Instead, it leaves my lips soft! The lipstick is vibrant in color and lasts long.

I don’t have to reapply many times throughout the day. During a typical work day, I’d apply it in the morning and then refreshen it after lunch.

These beautiful colors are light weight, and the thing that I love the most is that I know they are made with good quality ingredients.

I even noticed that there is no chemical, artificial smell that many lip colors have.

Let’s face it, as women, we often eat our lipstick. It’s on our lips and as we lick our lips, or eat, or drink a beverage, some of the lipstick ends up in our bodies. When we kiss our loved ones, that product gets on their skin.

It’s important to me that whatever I’m accidentally consuming, or putting on my husband’s lips, or my daughter’s cheeks is actually clean and non-toxic.

Red Apple Lipstick provides me with that confidence because their products are clean. See for yourself by reading their ingredients list of your favorite shade.

My Current Top 3 Color Swatches

Wine & Dandy

This is the shade I grab when I want my favorite look- bold, deep & vampy. This shade “appears dark in the tube, but can be worn as a deep vampy look or a simple wine stain.”

Mauve Me

I love this shade for an everyday, natural, not-too-much look. It looks natural and offers a subtle feminine shimmer. It’s great to achieve a “beautiful plum-red with a little shimmer that instantly brightens your complexion and creates the illusion of a whiter smile”

Bella Rina

I use this color to go for a sweet, feminine look. I personally like to neutralize it a bit by using a brown lip liner with it. Bella Rina is a great “warm medium pink lipstick that is timeless, elegant and classically beautiful color.”

My Final Thoughts About Red Apple Lipstick

While $25 may seem like a bit much for a lipstick, it is worth every penny. I love this lipstick, and I look forward to adding more to my collection!

Each lipstick offers clean, non-toxic ingredients, long-lasting, vibrant color, color variety, and a creamy, moisturizing feel. That’s a win in my book! I recommend it!
